Nguyên liệu:
2 miếng đậu hũ trắng.
Tôm sú 100 g; mực 100 g, cá viên 100 g, cua 100 g, nghêu 50 g.
Dầu, hạt nêm, bột chiên giòn, cà chua, nấm đông cô, hành tây, hành tím, tỏi, tiêu, ớt, cà phê bột năng, cà phê nước.
Cách thực hiện:
Tôm sú, nghêu, mực rửa sạch, để ráo nước.
Cá viên trụng nước sôi, cắt nhỏ.

Cắt đậu hũ thành khối vuông khoảng 2 cm. Lăn đậu hũ qua hỗn hợp gồm: Bột chiên giòn, tiêu, hạt nêm. Sau đó, chiên đậu hũ trong chảo ngập dầu cho đến khi vàng giòn.
Nấm đông cô rửa sạch cho vào nồi luộc sơ với ít hành, gừng. Cà chua chần nước sôi, lột vỏ, bỏ hạt, băm nhuyễn.

Hỗn hợp làm nước sốt gồm: 2 muỗng cà phê bột năng, 1-2 muỗng cà phê nước.
Phi thơm tỏi băm với một muỗng canh dầu ăn. Cho nấm, tôm sú, nghêu, cua, mực, cá viên, cà chua, ớt vào đảo đều tay. Khi vừa chín tới thì cho hỗn hợp làm nước sốt vào tiếp tục đảo đều. Nêm gia vị lại cho vừa khẩu vị. Cho thêm chút bột năng vào, giúp sốt nấm, hải sản sệt lại. Đảo đều hỗn hợp đến khi chín, tắt bếp.
Đặt đậu hũ chiên vào đĩa, rưới sốt nấm, hải sản lên trên.
